This client developed software with a great concept that makes solving car problems easier as well as dramatically decreasing the time of problem diagnostics. The main issue the client faces is capital to develop the solution to all or the majority of the car manufacturers and their models. Our team drafted a plan to solve this issue by identifying who in the market would benefit most from such a solution in terms of savings, increased profit, better customer satisfaction and quality. Our client develops an interesting Architecture CAD system towards 3D users or those wishing to move and use 3D modeling. So far, this software was not sold in the US and the client asked us to take this task and distribute it. We researched the market, identified potential customers who would benefit from such a software and leveraged the software unique features and its competitive pricing. Online Jewelry Store
The client needed an online information and marketing website to provide information about their products. The products are unique in nature, designed to the customers' requests and in limited availability. After thorough discussions and analysis we came up with a plan for a minimalistic website showcasing previous designed jewelry. We produced the website and maintain it for our client. The client needed an online store to sell products, whose main characteristics was low price and limited availability. After thorough discussions and analysis we came up with a plan for a minimalistic website offering a limited-time buying choices with price formula that offers low prices with, still, high margins. We produced the website and maintain it for our customer.
Another client contracted us to establish an e-store for their pet-related products and be flexible enough to add more products in the future. The result is petkoosh.com.

Our client imports quality wine from South America and was stuck with a large stock. We offered him a distribution plan that will enable him to quickly sell his inventory and have the funds to pay his creditors and order more stock. Now, this client increased his capacity three fold and we are looking into increasing it further.
