This client developed software with a great concept that makes solving car problems easier as well as dramatically decreasing the time of problem diagnostics. The main issue the client faces is capital to develop the solution to all or the majority of the car manufacturers and their models. Our team drafted a plan to solve this issue by identifying who in the market would benefit most from such a solution in terms of savings, increased profit, better customer satisfaction and quality.
